Trust, ethics, and care

Personal stories need careful handling.

This page keeps the boundaries clear: private by default, rights-aware, human-directed and technology-assisted, and never positioned as medical care.

Privacy

Private by default.

Stories, journals, lyrics, and voice-note summaries are used to respond to the brief and create the agreed work. Examples, reactions, and testimonials require permission.

Data deletion

You can ask for removal.

Email hello@abrahamshill.xyz with the subject “Delete my Abraham’s Hill brief” to request deletion of submitted material where legally and operationally possible.

AI disclosure

Human-directed, technology-assisted.

Modern creative tools may support production, but Abraham’s Hill is not a one-click music generator. Projects are shaped around the story and emotional intent shared by the customer.

Copyright

Use what you own.

Only send lyrics, poems, recordings, and references you wrote, own, or have permission to use. Abraham’s Hill does not accept copyrighted lyrics that you do not control.

Artist imitation

No copying artists or voices.

Broad mood, genre, instrument, and texture references are welcome. Abraham’s Hill does not copy voices, imitate a specific person, or present work as if it came from someone else.

Care boundary

Creative reflection only.

Abraham’s Hill is not counselling, medical care, crisis support, or a replacement for professional support. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis service.

Personal vs commercial

Tell us how the song will be used.

Private keepsakes, family gifts, streaming releases, content music, brand use, and paid creative work are different use cases. Commercial use needs the correct package or written license.

Consent

Proof must be permission-based.

Abraham’s Hill does not publish names, stories, audio, reactions, or testimonials without permission. Anonymous examples still need consent if they come from real client material.
