What we collect
If you send an idea through the website, we collect the name and email address you provide together with the story, recipient, lyrics, notes, voice-note transcript, musical direction and release intentions you choose to share. Basic technical logs may also record information such as time, requested page, browser and IP address for security and reliability.
Why we use it
We use submitted material to review your idea, reply to you, decide whether we can help, and—only if we later agree to proceed—support the creative work you requested. We also use limited technical information to operate and protect the website.
Creative tools and service providers
Abraham’s Hill uses AI-assisted music tools in its production process. Before any submitted personal material is used in production, the intended process and your involvement should be agreed with you. Website hosting, email and processing providers may handle information as necessary to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing and publication
Your name, story, submitted material, reactions and finished work are private by default. We do not publish them as examples or testimonials without permission. If you ask to make something public, rights, credits and the material to be shared must be agreed first.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, protect the service and maintain any work you ask us to continue. Exact retention can depend on whether an enquiry becomes an active project or must be retained for legal or security reasons.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy, correction or deletion of material you submitted by emailing hello@abrahamshill.xyz. Include enough information for us to identify the submission. We will explain if a legal or operational reason prevents complete deletion.
What not to send
Do not submit passwords, financial details, identification documents, private information about another person that you have no right to share, or lyrics, recordings and other work you do not own or have permission to use.
